You can now open a support ticket straight from the website at rusthaven.co.uk/support.
Use a ticket for ban appeals, reporting a rule break, items lost to a bug, or a purchase that has not arrived. Include the time, the server and any names or Steam IDs involved. A screenshot or clip helps more than anything else.
When you send it you get a reference code. Keep it: paste it into the Check a ticket box on the same page to read our replies and answer them.
Discord is still the fastest place to hear about wipes and events, and staff are there too. Wipes stay bi-weekly, quads max, no allies.
