The team
Haven is run by Shadz. Putting a name on this page is deliberate: you should know who is accountable for the rules, the bans and the money.
The fastest way to reach me is Discord, where I am oshadz. Find me in the server at discord.gg/rusthaven. For anything involving a payment, a missing kit or a ban appeal, open a ticket on this site instead. It keeps a record, and it will not get lost in a DM.
Who runs the server
Shadz - Owner
Runs Haven, pays for it, and has the last word on rules and bans. Reachable on Discord as oshadz.
Bans and appeals
Appeals go through a ticket on this site so there is a record of them. Arguing in chat will not speed it up.
In game problems
Griefing, spam or rule breaking: open a ticket or say so in Discord. A clip or a screenshot helps more than anything else.
Payments and kits
Anything to do with an order, a missing kit or linking your account goes in a ticket, with your order reference.
If you want to help run Haven, open a ticket rather than asking in chat. What matters most is that you already play here and that people recognise your name. Hours on the server count for more than a well written application.
Every application gets an answer, including the ones that are a no.
