By using rusthaven.co.uk or playing on a RUST HAVEN game server you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the servers.
Your account
You are responsible for everything done on your Steam account on our servers, including by friends, family or anyone you share an account with. Keep your account secure. We may suspend or remove an account at any time if it is used to break these terms or our server rules.
Rules of play
Our server rules form part of these terms. Cheating, exploiting bugs, using third party software to gain an advantage, evading a ban, harassment, hate speech, advertising other servers and real money trading are all prohibited. Our staff decide what counts as a breach, and their decision is final.
Purchases
- Everything sold in our store is a digital in-game benefit, not a physical item and not property. You are buying a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use that benefit on our servers.
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any tax we are required to charge.
- Delivery is automatic. Ranks, kits and credits are applied to your account as soon as payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Some items need you to be in game, or to rejoin, before they appear.
- Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Purchases are tied to the account that bought them. Selling, gifting or trading a rank or account is not permitted.
Wipes and changes
Rust servers wipe. Your buildings, items and progress are deleted on a regular wipe cycle, and this is normal and expected. Ranks and other store benefits survive a wipe. Kits may be claimable again after a wipe where the store listing says so.
We may change the price, contents or availability of anything in the store, and we may rebalance, replace or remove a perk if it harms gameplay for everyone else. We will announce meaningful changes in our Discord.
Bans and forfeiture
If your account is banned for breaking the rules, you lose access to everything bought for that account, and you are not entitled to a refund. This is the only sanction that makes rule enforcement possible on a server that sells perks.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us first. Raising a chargeback or a PayPal dispute without contacting us will result in a permanent ban from the servers and the Discord, and the disputed purchase being removed.
Availability
We run this community as a hobby and we do not guarantee that the website or the game servers will be available at any particular time. Servers go down for updates, wipes, maintenance and problems outside our control. Downtime is not grounds for a refund, and we are not liable for lost progress, lost items or lost time.

Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with the site, the servers or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to play or buy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
