The questions we get asked most, in Discord and in tickets. If yours is not here, ask in Discord, or open a ticket for anything to do with an order, a ban or a lost item. New to the server? Start with the new player guide.
The server
What is the server address?
play.rusthaven.co.uk. Press F1 in Rust and type client.connect play.rusthaven.co.uk, or search for Haven in the in-game server browser.
What are the rates?
2x gather and 2x stack sizes, with fast smelting and crafting. Blueprints are shared with your team, so what one of you learns, all of you learn.
How big is the map?
4250, procedurally generated.
What is the group limit?
Four. Solo, duo, trio or quad, with no allies. If you fight, farm or raid together you count as one group, whether or not you are teamed in game. The rules explain exactly what counts.
Where is the server hosted?
In Europe. Players in the UK and the rest of Europe get the best ping.
Wipes
When does the server wipe?
Every Thursday at 7pm UK time. The countdown on the home page always shows the next one.
What about Facepunch's monthly update?
On the first Thursday of each month Facepunch releases the game update and every Rust server wipes. Ours wipes that day as normal, and comes back once the update is out, which can be a little after 7pm.
What carries over from one wipe to the next?
Your Points, your rank if you have bought one, your account on this site, your all-time stats, and your team on the team board. The map, bases, items and this wipe's leaderboards all start again.
Points and rewards
What are Points?
Haven's own reward currency, kept separate from anything bought with money. You earn them by playing, by coming back each day, by voting and by shopping, and you can spend them in the store. Your balance is on the Points page once you have signed in.
How do I earn them?
5 Points for every hour you play. 10 Points every day you come back, with a little more for each day in a row. 25 Points every time you vote. 10 Points for every £1 you spend in the store.
How do vote rewards work?
Sign in, then go to the Points page and press Vote for Rust-Servers.net. Once you have voted, come back and claim your 25 Points. You can vote once every 12 hours.
How do the leaderboard prizes work?
Two boards pay out at the end of every wipe, in Points, automatically.
Top Fragger scores 3 for every kill and takes 1 away for every death. First place gets 300 Points, second 200 and third 100.
Top Hunter scores 1 for every NPC and animal, 25 for a patrol helicopter and 20 for Bradley. First place gets 150 Points, second 100 and third 50.

Do I need to sign in on the website?
Not to play. You do need to sign in, through Steam, to see your Points, claim vote rewards, buy from the store and post on the team board. Sign in here.
Store and support
Do ranks last between wipes?
Yes. Ranks are permanent and carry across wipes. They give resources and convenience, never protection, staff favour or immunity from the rules.
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Purchases are handed over by the game server as soon as the payment goes through. If yours has not arrived, open a ticket with your order reference and we will look at it.
Can I get a refund?
See the refund policy for what can and cannot be refunded. A chargeback means a permanent ban and loss of the rank.
How do I report a cheater or a rule breaker?
Open a ticket with the time, their name or Steam ID, and a clip or screenshot if you have one. Evidence helps more than anything else.
How do I join the staff team?
Open a ticket rather than asking in chat. What matters most is that you already play here and people recognise your name. The staff page has more.
